Transport for London (TfL) has announced plans to introduce the new Superloop route SL15 between Clapham Junction and Eltham in 2027.

TfL also confirmed that the existing Superloop route SL6 will be modified to stop at bus stops E (northbound) and G (southbound) near the Tulse Hill gyratory. This is something which we lobbied for during the consultation process, and we are glad to see TfL implement the change. This adjustment will enable direct interchange opportunities with the SL15 and other local bus routes as well as the train services running through Tulse Hill station.

The limited stop SL15 service will run every 12 minutes from Clapham Junction to Eltham during Monday to Saturday daytimes and every 15 minutes on Sundays, evenings and early mornings.

Single-deck buses will be used due to the low railway bridge on Thurlow Park Road near Tulse Hill station.

Further details about the final launch date will be announced closer to the time.

New bus shelter for Tulse Hill

A new bus shelter has also been installed at stop G on the southbound route serving routes 2, 68, 196, 322, 432, 468 and the N2 and N468 routes at Tulse Hill station. This is another welcome improvement for local residents.
